Why are you not stating the fact that this is the fourth time that MDP are trying to destroy the democratic process in the Maldives?
First, it was on 19 July and the disingenious and orchestrated walkout of 23 members paid for by Buruma Qasim.
Second, on 12-13 August 2004, when Ibra and others sent mobs to the Miadhan upon hearing that the Special Majilis was to be convened on 15 August and that the Government had agreed for Qasim to stand uncontested for the post of Speaker of the Assembly.
Third, on 13 August 2005 when Anni set upon armed gangs to attack police in a bid to ensure that the New Cabinet was stillborn.
And now the fourth time, Ibra is moving to block democracy. Well, New Maldives ought to be smarter than the Dad's Army of a shadow cabinet that MDP have put up.
Also, why are you not emphasising that it was Sikka's children who are doing his bid for the mobster Sikka? Last night, Evan Braun and Nazeeha Ahmed were spotted trailing behind a gang of hooligans giving them instructions via a telephone and megaphone. The phone records show that Nazeeha was talking to Hardingham, Paul Roberts and Ibra.
Finally, the Government must ban MDP in the name of democracy. Refuse to co-operate and deal with Ibra, and start courting the good Dr Waheed.
For goodness sake, clean up the druggies and arrest the whole damn bunch. Zaki and the lot haven't got the balls to lead a mob upfront, although they have heaps of Dutch courage to incite others surreptitiously.
Call a spade a spade-- Sikka is MDP and Ibra is his puppet on a string. Zaki is Sikka's daughter's lap dog! And just about everybody in the country is in Qasim's pay.
And please protect Qasim's house from attack by MDP thugs!
